What you'll be doing

The Operations Manager and the Community Manager will work together as a friendly team in order to manage all the aspects of their respective city. The number one focus of the Operations Manager position will be dispatching, staffing and runner support. The Operations Manager will become an integral part of our fast growing organization that has been mentioned in Wall Street, Forbes and CNBC Business. The core responsibilities of the Operations Manager role will include the following: - Manage and lead the dispatch team. - Schedule dispatchers and Runners. - Monitor all the incoming Favors. - Perform Runner payment resolution. - Provide the last minute shift adjustments. - Check the equipment assortment of the Runner. - Provide local knowledge of events in order to help with the staffing forecasts. - Submit requests regarding the technical support. - Train Runners to make them 100% aware of the company best practices. - Audit the ratings of the Runner. - Reconcile transactions and review accounts receivable

What your background should be

Wed be pleased if you have: - From 2 to 3 (or more) years of hands-on management experience in restaurant, hospitality or start up. - Proficiency in Excel. - Solid knowledge of the community of Houston. - Punctual, dependable and reliable. - Ability to meet the challenges and cope with every assignments within the set deadline. - Ability to work under pressure. - Passion over logistics.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelors Degree.
