What you'll be doing
- The Operations Manager will: - Manage from 1 to 4 Department Supervisors who oversee from 10 to 40 Distribution Center Associates within the Order Fill, Receiving, Replenishment, Shipping, Internal Audit Departments. - Take responsibility for the overall coordination, direction and evaluation of their teams in the process of productivity maximizing as well as meeting all the goals of the department.
What your background should be
- The most successful Operations Manager must have previous experience within the industry, excellent communication skills and Bachelor

- Bachelors Degree
