Operations Manager

What you'll be doing: Activities and accountabilities vary depending on the contract and the needs of the customer. Some responsibilities of the supervisor position are shared between the different types of contracts. Ability to create, train, promote, and enforce all quality, safety, and environmental procedures and work instructions to maintain an error free, safe, and clean work environment. Distribute receiving, put-way, picking, packing, shipping, boxing, kitting, and sub-assembly work assignments and resolve any associated problems. Maintain equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance, support payroll processing, generate timely metrics. Responsible for managing the operations workforce and investigate customer complaints.

What your background should be: Must be experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors, managing workload and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees for multiple departments/areas.
