What you'll be doing
- The Operations Manager will be assigned with the task to render to best quality customer services by delighting the company customers every single day. The candidate for this position will assist Store Coach in the process of managing the store including supervising store associates and establishing priorities. The Operations Managers will work with the other coaches and direct reports in order to ensure the successful implementation of company operations, merchandising and human resources programs. Among the other responsibilities one should mention controlling expenses and reducing them when one can do so.
