What your background should be
- Prior work experiences a plus. Experience in analyzing/underwriting real estate loans a plus. Experience with fannie mae, freddie mac, conduit, life company or fha programs a plus. Within six (6) months of hire date, analyst must pass the finra series 52 exam. Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, team work and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree required; no specific major is necessary. Master degree preferred with finance or accounting concentration.
