Outbound Health Care Representative

What you'll be doing
- Take responsibility for making outbound calls to medicare patients to schedule in home health assessments as per carrier mandates. Act as a liaison between insurance carrier/broker, third party health care provider and medicare patients to ensure that take advantage of the free health assessment and that all of the health information is entered in the proprietary system correctly for accurate medical reporting and coding purposes. Perform other job-related duties and functions as required and assigned.
What your background should be
- At least one year call center experience. Customer service driven personality, extreme attention to detail, performance measured on accuracy of information.
