What you'll be doing
- Outside B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for develop and execute a cold calling strategy to prospect targets for company payroll and HR solutions. Network in person and over the phone with key decision makers in a designated territory. Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business. Represent stand-alone products of genuine interest to customers. Cross sell business outsourcing solutions to an existing client base. Demonstrate knowledge of products and services and use this knowledge to inspire customers to make purchases. Possess drive, be goal-oriented, have an entrepreneurial outlook and comfort working in a commission environment.

- Bachelor degree
