What you'll be doing

Manage and maintain contracts related databases and/or spreadsheets. Conduct legal and factual research regarding contractual matters. Prepare corporate resolutions; Function as primary intake point for all contract review requests to the legal department. Monitor contract review process to ensure it is accurately and expeditiously followed. Review requests for proposals and coordinates and/or assists in preparation of responses. Maintain contract review log for the legal department. Maintain contract files, including identifying appropriate retention periods. Compile data and prepares regular reports, including Excel spreadsheets and occasional PowerPoint presentations. Advise field personnel regarding appropriate use of forms and standard clauses. Respond to inquiries from corporate and field personnel. Perform other job related duties as assigned or apparent.

What your background should be

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a contract paralegal. Excellent organizational skills. Extremely detail oriented. Proven ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to take initiative and work independently with high level of independent motivation. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

Required Schooling / Training

Associate degree required.
