What you'll be doing

Under general supervision in the Behavioral Health Department, the Referral Coordinator will deliver stunning customer service to parents through participation in a medical care team. Besides, the individual will be required to coordinate and schedule patients for consultations, tests, initial evaluations as well as the other procedures. The other duties and responsibilities may include: - Ensure accurate correspondence is in the record. - Ensure that all required documentation as well as preparatory activities have been accomplished. - Apply a thorough knowledge base on a wide range of the referral-related issues, keeping updated in the procedures / polices of a multitude of current insurance payors. - Research provider and referral information as required. - Provide Clinical Practice Supervisor with a detailed report.

What your background should be

As a Referral Coordinator, you must meet the following requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Associate

Bachelors Degree
