Patient Service Representative

What you'll be doing: The Patient Service Representative position is about providing high quality care to customers and patients through courteous, friendly, compassionate, caring and professional services in order to ensure that our patients feel comfortable and welcome in our Health Care Centers. The fast paced environment of our Center enables an incumbent to develop strong working relationships with clinical personnel and physicians as well as regular patients. A successful Patient Service Representative will become the patients advocate as he / she coordinate various services such as scheduling of appointments, physician charges data entry, registration and cashiering functions. The person taken for the Patient Service Representative role will also face with responsibility to effectively bill, solve problems and maintain all financial computer records or the patients following the procedures and policies of the Health Care Centre.

What your background should be: Minimum requirements & preferred qualifications / skills: - Basic PC skills involving data entry and word processing. - From 6 months of customer care service experience that involves either phone or in person communication with the clients. - Fluency in Spanish and English is a must. - From 1 year of previous customer service experience within physician office or hospital environment. - Hearing / listening, seeing, manual, speaking dexterity.
