What you'll be doing

Coordinates and processes regular payroll cycles requiring minimal supervision. This includes all systematic processes to perform time evaluation, and third party vendor posting as necessary, and communication with related departments as required to ensure timely check/advice distribution. Coordinates and processes special payroll cycles using independent judgment and requiring minimal supervision. Performs monthly and year-end employee relocation adjustments and payments. Shares responsibility with other payroll staff in processing of various stock option transactions company-wide on a daily basis with minimal supervision and provide information to other departments as required. Performs testing as assigned: primarily, SAP system upgrades/enhancements and BSI TUB updates to ensure tax table accuracy for payroll processing, quarterly and year-end SAP support packages/notes to ensure off-cycle or payroll process functionality, positive and negative security access, reporting and payment processing accuracy, to ensure time evaluation and payroll processing accuracy. Assists in simulating and analyzing all special payroll-related issues for resolution. Performs other duties and special projects as needed.

What your background should be

Minimum 3-4 years experience in computerized payroll systems, multi-state preferred. Proficiency with SAP a plus. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, multi-task environment. Strong PC skills, to include excel and spreadsheet applications. Ability to analyze, communicate and recommend process solutions. Requires excellent problem-solving skills. Customer focused oriented.
