PB Trade Management Associate (CIB)

What you'll be doing: End to end ownership of the equity and fixed income PB trade capture and support process which include coordinating all aspects of delivering best in class operational service to clients. Partnering with clients to understand business and service needs. Validating client requirements and services offered and implementing support processes in CS. Operating call program to include service reviews with clients, help track client service metrics and onboard new 'BAU' services and capabilities for existing relationships / accounts to meet client evolving need. Responsible for maintaining relationships with high profile and high revenue generating clients. Working as a part of the global team performing handoffs of multi-regional clients where necessary. Management of non-process related client queries.

What your background should be: Strong experience of equity and fixed income products is required. Prime brokerage or client services background desirable. Understanding of the clearance business model. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Mainframe, Rumba/CICS, and portfolio application experience a plus.
