PD QCoE Test Lead

What you'll be doing: Provide leadership and direction for a purchasing application testing team. Manage all issue communications, status, resolution and coordination. Prioritize requests and incidents to manage workload of team. Must be flexible to respond to changing priorities. Participate in the requirements meetings with the customer. Assist the test specialists in understanding of the application and writing effective test cases. Coordinate test activities with the project team. Collect and share metrics with project team. Provide test expertise and coaching.

What your background should be: 5+ years of testing experience. Create and maintain the QC plan and test strategy document. Ability to understand business requirements and translate into testing scenarios. Good communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening. Ability to work within a team setting and independently. Coach and mentor test specialists in the team. Experience working in a global team.
