What you'll be doing

The Pharmacy technicial will be part of the clinical team. This position is responsible for providing patients with friendly, efficient and timely delivery of Provider prescribed medications that have been filled by the licensed Pharmacist. The resonbilities Includes communication with insurance companies and involvement with problem solving and troubleshooting. In accordance with regulations, the person will be have the full access to Protected Health Information. Such disclosure is necessary to perform the requirements of the job that is why Confidentiality of PHI must be maintained. The person will also support in handling patients and answering telephone calls.
