What you'll be doing
- At the direction of the company pharmacists and lead technician, it is the duty of the pharmacy technician to accept, process, and dispense prescription orders for patients and employees. The Pharmacy Technician will be expected for executing various stocking functions and assisting in preparing medications for dispensing as well as run register and manager a high phone volume. This individual will maintain medications for pharmacist to dispense by reading medication orders and prescriptions; preparing labels; calculating quantities; assembling intravenous solutions and other pharmaceutical therapies. Moreover, the person will generate revenues by calculating, recording, and issuing charges.
What your background should be
- 1 year of customer service experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school graduate
