What you'll be doing

The Pharmacy Technician will effectively execute a full range of inpatient drug distribution duties. These include supporting the inpatient pharmacy IV program, stocking medication carts, delivering medications to the floors, Omni cell and OR/Clinic replenishment, monitoring expiration dates of pharmacy stock and nursing units, and replenishing crash carts. The ideal candidate will support the pharmacist in prioritizing, processing and delivery of all IV and PO doses to maintain the consistency of overall pharmacy services both to inpatients and emergency ROOM patients. Also, the incumbent will assists with the stocking of drugs, solutions, supplies and will be answerable for ordering IV and irrigation solutions for the pharmacy.
