What you'll be doing
- The organization is currently seeking for a physical rehab supervisor. Responsible for the administration, interpretation, and evaluation of tests and measurements. Plan and modify treatment programs. Assist in determining and assessing quality of physical rehabilitation techniques. Oversee department personnel, assigning and coordinating tasks, in absence of director. Work with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency, as applicable. Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Responsible for other related duties as assigned by management if required.
What your background should be
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience is required. Possession of current Texas state license. Clinical instructor certification as applicable. Must have communications in verbal and orally.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in physical or occupational therapy or related field. Master degree in speech language pathology.
