What you'll be doing

Manage pipelines and terminals capital and major maintenance projects, including front end engineering, procurement, construction management, project documentation and regulatory compliance. Support mechanical integrity programs such as API 653 tank inspections/repairs, API facility piping inspections/repairs, pipeline smart pig runs and corrosion control programs. Provide in-house engineering support to operations, including optimization and reliability. Drive safety and mechanical integrity culture. Works with all aspects of mechanical and structural facility integrity for pipeline and terminal assets an assigned region. Additionally, all aspects of multiple and concurrent engineering reviews and miscellaneous projects supporting various company sites. Ensure compliance with reliability programs and procedures. Monitor and report on the mechanical reliability programs. Help develop and maintain metrics and key performance indicators relative to mechanical integrity and reliability programs.

What your background should be

5+ years of industry experience in an engineering/project management capacity. Knowledge of ASME B31.4, API 650/653, 49CFR 195 and EPA air and water regulations pertaining to pipelines and terminals. Knowledge of pipelines, pumps, tanks, hydraulics, mechanical integrity/reliability principals, corrosion control, measurement and asset inspections. Leadership skills and a strong commitment to safety and mechanical integrity

Required Schooling / Training

BS engineering degree is required; mechanical engineering is preferred
