What your background should be

Individual considered for this role will have a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience; a strong cost accounting background is required. Exceptional technical skills are desired including knowledge in GFR, Cognos and JD Edwards along with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. The ability to prioritize effectively, multi-task and adapt in a rapidly changing environment are critical. The ability to build collaborative working relationships with the operations team and broader finance/accounting team is critical. As such, exceptional communication skills are required along with the ability to deal with diverse personalities within all levels of the organization. Individual must have a proven track record of managing success and implementing solutions in spite of operational challenges.
