Listen customer issue and solve it quickly. Ensure that clients and agency staff alike will know that their issues are being handled by a competent and concerned business professional. Resolve client issues in professional, respectful, and friendly manner at all times. Work multi-task in a fast paced environment.
What your background should be
- Minimum of 2 years of insurance agency experience is required. Fluent in polish is required. Proficient in operating personal computers and performing routine calculations. Proficient in complete suite of Microsoft Windows applications.
Required Schooling / Training
- College graduate degree required in business, insurance studies, marketing, or communications.
