What you'll be doing

Serve as a single point of contact for complex, end to end portfolio analyses. S/he will lead cross functional strategic portfolio level projects for executive stakeholders and conduct portfolio level analyses to identify portfolio trends, risks and opportunities. Create and develop strategic recommendations and relevant portfolio views/reports for different senior audiences to maximize portfolio value. Maintain partnership and relationship with key additional stakeholders. Lead design, implementation and continuous improvement of annual portfolio prioritization process and material dynamic updates. Lead cross BU, cross functional initiatives to create new/overhaul existing processes to accurately represent the PFE portfolio. The successful candidate will participate in cross SPCO methodological consistency efforts and perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

This job requires at least 5 to 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in strategic planning, decision analysis or R&D function or at least 10 years of management consulting experience with a pharmacy focus. The ideal candidate must have the skills in mastery of expected cash flow modeling, understanding of economic value measures, and other types of analytical modeling (e.g. Monte Carlo simulation, decision tree analysis, multi attribute analysis, etc.). The candidate should be highly collaborative in managing projects with and through others; shares responsibility and credit; develops self and others through teamwork; helps other take appropriate risks; communicates frequently with other team members. The candidate should have strong project management and communication skill.

Required Schooling / Training

Master degree in business, strategy or related quantitative field.
