What you'll be doing

Assist in development of roadmaps, plans, and technical materials to align and anticipate acquisition needs with the strategic direction of the organization. Assist in managing projects, develop sustainment strategies, conduct milestone planning and tracking for all requirements project, track and report contract requirements for 6-12-18-24 and 36 months out. Define needs, business case, solicit strategy and roll-out requirement package based off of customer driven demand and prioritization. Assist in the preparation of contract requirements, acquisition plans, and statement of work, synopses, and solicitations.

What your background should be

Experience working within the pension benefit guarantee corporation (PBGC) financial, acquisition, and/or information technology experience within PBGC or other federal agencies. Strategic planning experience, capital planning and investment control (CPIC) experience. Experience with federal government contracting, particularly pre-award and award functions. Ability to closely coordinate/facilitate with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in business or a related field of study.
