What you'll be doing

The post purchase experience senior specialist is responsible for analyzing website and financial metrics, customer surveys and consumer usability studies to uncover trends and identify areas for improved customer experience while optimizing profit. Reporting to the post purchase experience manager, the candidate is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the company customer experience from an end to end process. Document process flows as needed. Ongoing competitive analysis. Maintain and create reports on a regular basis. Develop quantitative analysis, dashboards, and ad hoc reports to effectively monitor performance, trends and opportunities. Reporting, analysis, and testing support. Interpreting reports and analysis in order to promote customer and profit-focused decision making. Develop recommendations to achieve desired metrics based on best practices. Work with cross functional teams to ensure the optimal post purchase experience from both a customer experience and a profit standpoint.

What your background should be

4+ years of relevant experience digital commerce operations, business operations, supply chain, or it support experience. High level of proficiency with microsoft excel, access, visio, word & powerpoint. This position requires knowledge of online retail and merchandising in order to translate business needs into an online experience that ensures a high quality customer interaction in all customer touch points. The candidate should be proactive, have strong communication skills both oral and written. High level of attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment. Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in business, marketing of e-commerce .
