What you'll be doing
- Recruit, hire, train, motivate, support, evaluate, and coordinate the activity of the physician practice and acquisition staff. Supervise on boarding project and activity for physician practice acquisition, including technology assessment, system and data migration, network migration, office location move, planning and system support. Develop a strategy to increase physician satisfaction among employed physician practice. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all physician practice application and interface, as well as a working knowledge of all relevant hospital physician application and clinical application. Monitor the physician practice and acquisition team issue list and ensure regular, timely, and thorough follow up. Act as primary point of contact in resolution of all critical physician system issue.
What your background should be
- Six or more years of healthcare clinical system experience, including experience with physician technology. Experience in a clinical setting with physician interaction. Excellent supervisory, communication and interpersonal skill. Extensive experience in project management. Knowledge of McKesson application.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in nursing, business, systems, computer science or related field.
