What you'll be doing

The principal program manager will be responsible for positively affect customer satisfaction: primarily, the candidate will become a passionate advocate for the customer, driving decisions on key issues that have the opportunity to delight users and affect bottom line. The applicant will seek and understand customer feedback: use feedback from customer support and other sources to form opinions on how to improve end-to-end customer experiences. Develop and manage change initiatives: based on feedback, develop and manage initiatives that affect customer satisfaction and gm. Work collaboratively across multiple functional groups including development, marketing, finance, live P&L owners, legal, and others. Manage account security programs: among other responsibilities, this position will focus on projects related to account security.

What your background should be

The candidate should have 5+ years of program management or business management experience in an enterprise environment. Customer supports experience a large plus. S/he should have strong skills related to being able to master the technical aspects of product at a level that facilitates efficient interactions with engineering related to business requirements and requests for customer experience enhancements. Strong strategic skills that can be applied to affect near-term business requirements with an eye for long-term impact. Strong operational skills to quickly bridge the gap between theory, and flawless, speedy implementation. S/he should have the ability to understand key elements of a P&L, and the ability to understand how individual programs affect financial performance. S/he should be able to form working relationships and drive alignment with diverse stakeholders. Ability to span functions and disciplines, and the ability understand and manage important interdependencies. Incumbent should have the ability to lead a disparate and cross-functional group to tangible results. Excellent written and oral communication skills; can effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a way that is understandable to broad audiences. This position should have the ability to design and implement programs that truly affect change on a broad basis.
