What you'll be doing
- Partner with third party management team to ensure auction vendors meet compliance requirements. Complete monthly score cards and quarterly reviews with vendors and managers. Review quality of work (QA) completed by representatives to ensure meets guidelines and completed within vehicle remarketing guidelines and standards. Act as SME for escalated issues by dealer risk, funding, impounds, reinstatements, titles and repossessions. Quarterly review of process and procedures with manager for adherence to state guidelines and efficiency. Complete daily spreadsheet work. Monitor team performance and provide daily stats. Review and approve on-line bids for vehicles sold at remote auctions. Created post auction sales report for sales attended. Negotiate resolution of escalated issues with auction network.
What your background should be
- Minimum 3 years call center or 3 years loss mitigation experience is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal skills. Strong in oral and verbal communication skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree.
