What you'll be doing

The incumbent provides advanced technical consulting on complex to highly complex projects. Devises or modifies procedures to solve medium to highly complex problems. Leads projects or subprojects of medium to high technical complexity and responsible for directing and monitoring the work of team members. Responsible for system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Responsible for quality assurance review. Provides coaching and guidance to team. Provides functional or system integration testing support and also performs quality assurance architecture and design guide review. Assists in the development of production support documentation. Enhances vendor products and integrate with internal systems. Responsible for delivery of code review and test strategy. Identifies and recommends appropriate improvement opportunities. Responsible for production support transition, implementation phase, and overall success of project.

What your background should be

Generally 8+ years of professional experience is strongly preferred. Must have knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies. Highly proficient in software engineering languages and tools; ability to develop on multiple platforms. Must have strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills. Must have strong oral and written communication skills; presentation skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor or master degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience, technical degree preferred.
