Process Design Analyst

What you'll be doing: Participate in front-end analysis of all service center processes and outstanding credit system projects. Assist in the implementation of changes and prioritize credit system projects based on service and quality optimization. Provide design support for projects and work with operation managers to provide best practices recommendations and to solve system related problems. Represent process design in all stages of projects initiated by operations including creating and approving business requirements and calculating financial benefits. Coordinate timelines for project deliverables and communicate project status to operations management team. Attend project meetings as subject matter expert (SME) for operations. Outline all reporting requirements to measure project results. Create ad hoc reports as necessary. Complete and submit request forms for system changes and/or enhancement projects for operations. Communicate project priorities, time lines and answer procedural questions related to projects. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be: Minimum one year of job related experience is required. Lean six-sigma experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft with an intermediate level of proficiency in e-mail, Microsoft word, Excel outlook & PowerPoint is required. Ability to apply analytical, problem solving and organizational skills to streamline the processes. Ability to apply consistent standards in work with frequent changes in department requirements. Ability to work with confidential information in a discreet manner. Ability to demonstrate effective communication, both orally and in writing to maintain successful working relationships with employees.

Required Schooling / Training: High school or GED is required. Associate degree in business related field is preferred.
