What you'll be doing

Accountable for productivity and performance of assigned team within establish performance expectation. Identify, outline, present and lead improvement initiative and support development of individual associate and team. Responsible for personnel related function with assigned team including interview, hire and disciplinary action. Utilize report and data analytic to develop action plan for identified area of opportunity. Determine, implement and provide oversight of new strategy necessary to enhance program efficiency, productivity and customer service. Utilize data, report and audit process in trend analysis activity. Refine and enhance policy and procedure for the operation team.

What your background should be

Prior demonstrated experience with process improvement or process design and implementation roles. Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Project and Visio. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and/or projects by using appropriate methodologies and tools. Problem solving ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving. Ability to actively listen to others to understand their perspective and ensure continuous understanding regardless of communication channel or audience.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in business or related field essential. Master degree or business administration project management experience desirable.
