What you'll be doing

Supports with the development and maintenance of processes to manage change activities to meet business and regulatory requirements. Assists with development and maintenance of change incorporation plans by coordinating with stakeholders to identify relevant tasks and constraints and obtains commitments. Participates in multidisciplinary review of proposed changes to the baseline. Analyses engineering changes of limited complexity for completeness and accuracy to determine impact on applicable baselines. Assists with development and posting of product and process metrics to provide visibility to management. Works under some supervision. Generally, works effectively and cooperatively with work group members, direct supervisor, and occasionally members of others work groups. Demonstrates basic ability to state what is needed to persuade and convince others without causing defensiveness and to inspire others to take action. Treats people with dignity, respect, and fairness; gives proper credit to others; stands up for deserving others and their ideas. Participates in measurement systems to monitor the implementation.

What your background should be

Typically 3 or more years of related work experience is required. Must have oral and written communications skills, advanced skills in Microsoft suits Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong inter personal skills. Ability to do multi task.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
