Product Manager

What you'll be doing: Work with management to overcome obstacles within a supplier and make it transparent to the sales team. Need coaching to prioritize and adjust to changing markets, customer demands and supplier changes. Follow up with sales daily quotes. Work with management, outside and inside sales to strategize on opportunities. Show Initiatives to offer some competitive solutions with management assistance. Follow up with sales daily quotes. Work with management, outside and inside sales to strategize on opportunities. Gain back-end margin weekly by using supplier relationship. Deliver results to handle multiple projects and tasks. Meet deadlines without close supervision. Able to turn quotes quickly. Generate sales growth from quarter to quarter. Work backlog to manage on time delivery. Meet all business report card requirements. Meet company standards for ethics, punctuality, attendance, safety, policy compliance and professional appearance. Keep a positive outlook and work well as a member of the sales team. Maintain understanding and product knowledge of the technologies and uses the tools and techniques for the job. Keep learning about internal and external product information. Keep up with some market trends and learns about the competition. Offer solutions and learns about data and product knowledge.

What your background should be: 5-7 years with High School diploma skills. Customer service and excellent communication skills needed. Relationship building and negotiations skills. MS Office. Able to deliver corporate directives into job with management guidance is required. Able to offer some competitive solutions with management assistance.

Required Schooling / Training: College degree or High school with technical training and equivalent experience is needed.
