Product Movement/ Product Prep

What you'll be doing: The primary purpose of the product movement and product prep position is to scan and sort, steam and iron in preparation for photographers and will involve the repackaging post imaging-of up to 1500 products a day. The position will do the judgment of work flows, identify and call attention to backlogs and diagnose process breakdowns. Responsible for scanning, sorting, steaming and ironing in preparation for photographers and presentation. Actively seek comments and feedback from direct team and management to present possible solutions to situations. Contribute ideas for future success and efficiency of operations. Ensure day to day production goals are met and productivity is at highest efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be: Experience within a manufacturing or production environment is strongly preferred. Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft office suite. Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently, seek answers when help is needed and motivated to seek out additional tasks for completion. Must adhere to confidentiality expectations.
