What you'll be doing
- Review, approve and maintain electronically, product test reports, general conformity certificates, POA by vendor, and insurance certificates. Format certificate of insurance requests. Assist with compliance spreadsheet regulations by state. Assist with product issues and tracking of damaged or destroyed products. Provide administrative support. Organize and prioritize large volume of incoming correspondence. Maintain information with a high degree of accuracy and discretion including internal guidelines, policies, and various Federal and State requirements. Communicate and work with various departments maintaining processes, resolve minor issues.
What your background should be
- 3 to 5 years office experience and/or training. Proficiency in MS Office, AS400 and data entry programs. Ability to utilize office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers and scanners. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize work flow and meet deadlines. Must possess exceptional attention to detail. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, regulations, and memos. Strong problem solving skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- High School diploma or general education degree.
