What you'll be doing
- Individual will work in the department product development group. She/he will work with sales, client service, clients and prospects to indentify and create new processes and technology to facilitate the efficient and profitable means for our clients to invest through our suite of services. Knowledge of money market investments, including money market funds, treasury instruments, commercial paper, CD etc. Knowledge of cash processing. Problem solving is needed to get clients access to account information in a timely manner. Need to understand the type of data clients need and how to display or deliver it to clients. Position has an effect on the customer experience as well as the service they receive. Position will require interpersonal skills that will allow the candidate to interact positively with both clients as well as many different areas of the company.
What your background should be
- 0 to 3 years or 2 to 5 years preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- BA or equivalent. BS in business/finance/economics preferred.
