Production Engineer

What you'll be doing: As a Production / Process Engineer, you will: - Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize operating unit key process variables in order to product and process improvements while keeping a solid safety as well as environmental compliance focus. - Develop initial business case and scope for improvements projects. - Professionally apply technical knowledge in order to detect possible causes of deviations in capacity, quality, yield and energy consumption. - Participate in or / and lead root cause analysis studies in order to resolve plant process and equipment related issues. - Take part in PHA

What your background should be: Ready to meet the Production / Process Engineer position requirements? - Ability to exhibit good judgment with solid attention to every detail. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, oral and written communication abilities as well as the ability to work with the other representatives of the team. - Ability to define problems, gather, comprehend and interpret data. - Ability to establish facts and draw reasonable and valid conclusions. - Strong self motivation and desire to reach the required results. - Ability to work in the United States of America without any kind of sponsorship. - BS, Chemical Engineering.
