What you'll be doing

Responsible for overseeing operational discipline at the plant, supervising and reviewing employees and ensuring employment policies are adhered to. The successful applicant will have a high ethical standards and lead by example, ensuring employees feel valued and respected. The Production Manager will also be accountable for safety, productivity and development of employees.

What your background should be

Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in a production or military environment.

Required Schooling / Training

Engineering degree or strong film manufacturing experience preferred.
