Production Specialist

What you'll be doing: Knowledge of printing, inserting, mailing, bindery, production control, customer service and quality. Print, insert, and mail confidential policyholder documents. Operates, adjusts, loads, and maintains various types of machines and high speed production equipment. Utilize workstation products which may include advanced electronic publishing design and application software to support department direction and meet service level targets. Responsible for placing orders and the receipt of inbound inventory. May perform manual handling production processes. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be: Demonstrated ability to adjust priorities and align resources as needed. Must be able to work multiple shifts. May be required to work irregular hours to meet deadlines (i.e. weekends, before/after normal work schedule, extended hours, etc.). Must possess acceptable levels of visual acuity, manual dexterity, and depth perception to safely operate, adjust and maintain machines and equipment.
