What you'll be doing

Ensure coordination of all therapy and programmatic services. Develop waiting list for potential vacancies. Demonstrate knowledge of contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements. Monitor to ensure delivery of all services in accordance with contractual, legal and regulatory requirements. Implement and coordinate any necessary plans of correction from a regulatory body. Monitor and supervise delivery of service plans and personal futures plan and training of staff. Maintain financial spending within limits of approved budget for department. Monitor compliance with health and safety programs.

What your background should be

Minimum of two years of experience working directly with people who have an intellectual or developmental disability. Valid and current CPR certification. Valid and current driving license. One year supervisory experience preferred.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in business, healthcare administration, social services or related field; high school diploma and three years of related job experience may be substituted per area regulations.
