Program Manager

What you'll be doing: This is a Full Time position located primarily in Huntsville. The incumbent takes responsibility for the execution of several projects simultaneously and serves as the primary customer contact point for each of the assigned programs. Besides, the Program Manager position is related to program schedules budgets planning with the most appropriate functional managers. The Program Manager is also required to monitor performance against budgets and plans in order to ensure a compliant service or product is delivered to each customer within the deadline and that the target profit margins are successfully and timely achieved. The candidate for the Program Manager will report program status to a senior manager and develop and successfully implement corrective action plans as required recovering programs that have gone over budget or behind the schedule. This person will represent our company to our clients and as a result, represent the clients to our company to make sure the corporate goals are met.
