The Project Coordinator will provide SMT Operational Support to the SMT Chairs. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling/arranging SMT meetings, finding conference rooms as required, posting final minutes on SharePoint, and maintains SMT schedules, manages confidential information. It is the job function for the Project Coordinator to exercise independent discretion and judgment. The Project Coordinator is expected to communicate and secure sensitive and confidential information. May provide direction, coordination, and training to develop work procedures to streamline processes within the department or assist with other support to personnel.
