What you'll be doing

The project coordinator is responsible for assisting with the life cycle of new development and the implementation of projects. The project coordinator works with the internal team, clients, customers and vendors to ensure that all project tasks are planned and prioritized to meet all scheduled and targeted completion times, goals milestones, benchmarks and deadlines. This position is vital to the success of each implementation for company growing customer base. Responsible for managing and coordinating activities and resources in a project life-cycle (initiation planning, executing/controlling, and closing) in support of large scale projects that are typically longer term, with medium to high scope, impact, risk, and complexity. Maintains project documentation. Work with project team and customer to resolve plan discrepancies. Tracks and reports project and budget status. Schedules and coordinates problem reviews and follows up on assigned actions. Documents new or revised processes and procedures. Updates websites that host project documents, reports, and/or group information. Serves as a point of contact for project information and updates. Weekly or monthly calls with client and vendor to ensure project expectations.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree required.
