What you'll be doing
- The Project Coordinator / Procurement position provides the Procurement Services Manager with accurate reports and takes responsibility for conducting a wide range of duties in system implementation, project development, project roll-outs coordination, project analysis and overall backup support of the department. Key responsibilities and duties will cover: - Track program procedures, objectives, policies and goals of Administrative Services. - Supervise assigned projects, including testing / implementation in a timely and organized manner. - Implement interventions of the service that comply with the objectives and goals on the basis of the program budget. - Provide staff assistance on all departments
