What you'll be doing
- The Project Leader will take responsibility for the development, design and optimization of IFS reporting as well as analytics to support all sectors within the IFS Division. Besides, the most suitable candidate for this job will be required to lead the development and optimize key analytical and reporting tools applied in order to set and measure goal performance, using statistical analysis of historical data, advanced SAS programming, scenario analysis and predictive modeling benchmarking. Among the other responsibilities of the Project Leader there will be leading and providing support for the development of the next generation decision analytic, support and process improvement tools. The individual will also have to master all unfamiliar topics as quickly as possible, manage group and individual priorities in order to make certain the project deadlines are timely met. And finally, we are on the lookout for a Project Leader to establish and maintain solid relationships with the co-workers within all company divisions.
What your background should be
- We would appreciate the candidates with the following qualifications to approach us: - Bachelors Degree + five (or more) years of related professional experience needed. - MBA, MIS / CIS / CS or MS Degree in a quantitative discipline with three (as minimum) years of prior experience strongly required. - Exceptional aptitude and skills in report development, programming, analysis as well as ability to think critically with strong respect to cause and effect relationships. - Advanced SQL skills in a Teradata environment. - Ability to quickly master new information as well as professional skills. - Prior experience working with innovative analytical software. - Ability to anticipate as well as plan for competing priorities. - Previous experience structuring and delivering communications and presentations targeted to varied audience. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment independently. - Efficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
