What you'll be doing

Develop tracking mechanism and process for all national logistics, objectives and projects. Ensure project are with scope, budget and timing. Monitor expected vs actual results. Ensure meeting cadence and appropriate communication methods are in place to drive results. Review and manage the overall calendar of events, ensuring that timing is achievable and change manageable. Work with finance support to ensure financial goals are being met. Inform appropriate leaders timely of any concerns regarding delivery of projects. Think proactively and help resolve issues to keep projects on time and within budget. Lead assigned initiatives as the project owner. Develop and execute appropriate change management process including stakeholder analysis and communication plan. Ensure cross-function communication and collaboration occur as needed. Partner with other support departments as needed (communications, HR, etc). Continually look forward and manage changes as business needs dictate.

What your background should be

7-10 years in logistics or operations experience in CPG company. Minimum 3 years managing large, complex project experience. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Dairy industry experience a major plus. Strong general business capabilities and analytical skills. Outstanding interpersonal/verbal communications, written communications and follow-up skills with demonstrated ability to collaboratively lead and influence key stakeholders across functions. Willing and able to travel up to 25%.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
