What you'll be doing

This role reports to the HR project manager and responsible for collaborating with HR and sector points of contact to manage and report HR sector operating objectives to sector leadership. The candidate support the HR project manager in the preparation of sector, corporate functional reviews, other briefings, analyze the sector and division/organization specific human resources metrics and dashboards as required. This position supports the projects on behalf of the sector HR organization and sector leadership and assists with implementing enterprise HR initiatives.

What your background should be

The incumbent must have 3+ years of progressively responsible human resources or project management experience. The candidate must have experience with MS project. Successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organization, analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to facilitate and influence people. The candidate should have ability to work effectively both independently and collaborate across teams.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree or equivalent is required.
