What you'll be doing

Evaluate court technology and assist with rollout of new technology to include video teleconferencing, IP telephony, wireless technology, scheduling systems etc. Define problem, independently conduct research as necessary, formulate solution, and make recommendation. Undertake fact-finding and analysis; assist in the preparation of report, correspondence, visual presentation, and other material. Serve as the liaison between courtroom clerk and IT team member. Ensure that deadline monitored appropriately and informational report received from relevant unit in a timely manner. Perform all other assigned task as required.

What your background should be

Seven to eight years of experience in relevant field is required. Proven ability to work independently, cooperatively as a member of a team and to coordinate effort and collaborate with a variety of individual. Proven ability to work sensitively with government customer. Excellent organizational skill to establish priorities, work in a team context, and manage multiple activities to meet unit, campus, and system wide deadline. Proven ability to maintain accurate and detailed record and demonstrate problem solving skill. Excellent oral and written communication skill.

Associate degree
