What you'll be doing

The ideal candidate will be expected to handle multiple small to mid-size projects and schedules. Project Manager will be answerable for developing accurate monthly project revenue, developing multiple project, compiling with all corporate safety requirements, and negotiating change orders and delay claims. The duties for this post may involve to build good relationships with customers and manage sub contractors to efficiently and effectively complete the target on time, under the given budget and satisfied clients. Moreover she/he will handle technical work force to assist sales, estimating and client relationship; involving technical and logistical issues.

Bachelor's degree
