What you'll be doing
- Plan, manage, monitor and execute projects for large and enterprise segment clients. Mentor team members and actively provide feedback to improve overall team performance. Design, configure, test and document solutions that solve complex problems. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders. Work closely with all internal company teams to ensure successful client on boarding experience. Train clients and end users through live and recorded webinars, on site meetings and documentation. Understand company service offerings and pro-actively advocate for clients to achieve a mutually successful outcome. This position requires 80% national travel. other duty as assigned.
What your background should be
- 3+ years relevant client services experience with strong consulting skills/inclination. Ability to interpret, document, adapt and apply business requirements. PowerPoint and Excel are required.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
