Project Manager

What you'll be doing: Project planning, tracking, and reporting facilitate meetings, including project kickoffs, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensure projects remain on track and mitigate risks. Lead on effective processes and best practices. Assist in release management gather and report on team and roadmap metrics. Manage and create process documentation and training on-board new members of engineering and product management teams. Gather feedback from teams and contribute to process evolution. Configure and customize JIRA and confluence for team needs. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be: 1-3 years full SDLC project management experience in both waterfall and agile environments. Software start-up project management experience. Proven ability to influence without authority. Excellent communication and organization skills. Comfortable with abstraction and a rapidly changing environment.
