What you'll be doing

Manage the overall resource capacity and scheduled work for delivering organization including forecasting and impact assessment. Determine resource requirement and with support procure resource. Assign role and responsibility of key participant. Participate in overseeing the transition of project team member to new project. Develop and manage issue escalation and the resolution process. Prepare content for and may make appropriate presentation. Develop and execute a communication plan, including identifying stake holder, appropriate communication channel, and key message for their portion of the project. Facilitate risk management planning, identification planning and control for project commensurate with these project. Help evaluate business case for vendor requirement. Ensure project alignment with business strategy and architecture. Contribute to monitoring and managing vendor performance to ensure contract commitment are met. Develop solution that align with strategic direction and standard.

What your background should be

Candidate must have strong communication and inter personal skill. Must possess organizational proficiency to multi task and work in a fast paced environment under limited supervision. Must be highly motivated, self starting and committed to achieve result and have a strong sense of ownership and follow through to resolution. Must have strong problem solving skill.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree or equivalent in computer science or a related discipline
